Horrible Getmore service

So,I have been trying for over a year to cancel my Cell C Getmore subscription. I have been getting promises of supervisors that will call me back, with no success. On Saturday past i was informed that the cancellation dept is closed, and that an agent will call me today between 13h00 and 14h00. Needless to say, that never happened. I phoned them at about 14h15, same story- someone will contact me within 30 minutes. (Why could my call not be transferred to said cancellation dept??). Of course that never happened. Upon my request to speak to a supervisor i was informed that the supervisor is in a meeting and there is nobody else to assist me. Its now over an hour later and still nobody has contacted me! I am utterly frustrated, and i want this resolved immediately.
