Horrible ********** treatment by Cell C

I have signed a data contract with Cell C. It worked ones for like half a day. It has never worked since but they keep deducting the money every month. I wrote to them and complained but nothing has happened to date. They keep on deducting the money. I would like to be contacted by the ombudsman as this is a serious case.
