Horrible experince i got in my life

<p>In 2014 i got a call from a guy calling from cellc direct offering a sumsang grand neo,he explained and told me that this was a promotion you take one phone on contract and get the second one for free.I was interested in this offer and agreed to take the phone,he explained and said i will be paying R105 monthly for this phone i will only pay more if i use extra airtime.I was so suprised when i got my bankstament showing two debit orders of R345 from cellc and i called them,they explained saying the were extra charges for dilivery its only for the 1st month.Samething happened the following month and i called in but they couldnt explain the charges this time,the samething happend for several months until i decided to cancel the contract pay them the full amount i was oweing them but that didnt stop them from making debit orders.When i call and explain they ask me to fax proof and they will stop,cant even remember how many times i was at the internet cafe faxing the deposit slips.They didnt stop the debit orders until i informed my bank and that was it.In 2017 i recieve a letter from a collection company collecting for cellc i call compuscan to find out about this and they inform me that cell c has blacklisted me.I call them and they dont see anything on their record then they promise to put me through to their legal department that never picks up their phone.Am stuck with no answer and am blacklisted so that means i can not do anything.</p>
