Horrible experience with Cell C.

i had my phone ****** during mugging, i used a cell c number. their call center couldn't assist me do a sim swop cos i couldn't remember when last i recharge, so they couldn't assist me despite being their client for 4 years. their call center consultant were rude and kept sending me from pillar to post without assisting me. as a results i lost my number and lost my contacts. I will never recommend Cell C. poor service, no regards for clients mental health after going through traumatic experience. Will never ever use them, or recommend anyone to use them, period.
