Horrible experience im going through

I've been patient during this whole ***** investigation but after I received my statement from cell c including the other **********ly attained contract in my name. I called the call centre and they tell me that they are still waiting for documents!!! I sent these documents weeks ago and even got correspondence that they received it!!! Whats going on there at Cell C? Please gave a look at the email i received acknowledging receipt of the documents and also giving me a reference number but they still tell me they didn't receive the documents.

Im emotionally and physically drained by this whole saga.
