Horrible experience from Cell C

Hello, whoever is seeing this. My name is Tsietsi Donald Thelele and I'm experiencing a problem. Since February I've been getting deductions from Cell C on my bank account at ABSA. Upon noticing this, I quickly reversed the funds and rushed to Cell C. They requested that I make an affidavit and bring it to them together with my bank statement and copy of my ID. I did that and the next month the values increased and reversed the funds and went to Cell C again and they could not help me. Today I have an even higher deduction from Cell C and I'm going to reverse it. What I don't understand is that this people know my bank (ABSA) and account number and they can see I'm reversing the funds but they're not tracking me down to try and find out what is happening. I don't know who to go to because when I go to Cell C they can't help me.
