Horrible experience

Terrible customer service as always, they upgraded my contract to a sim only and advised that insurance will remain, now my broke and they say insurance cancelled. I escalated to customer service and after hearing the call and admitting the agent mislead me, i still haven't been sorted. Nobody wants to help, agents lie,hang up, transfer but no help,useless
