Horrible

I raised an issue on this platform a week ago about how CellC changed my cellphone number into data sim. I have no feedback whatsoever. Everytime I follow up they say they will get back to me. The worst part is I can't even call them because of the changes they made. They don't seem to understand the urgency behind this.

Can somebody please provide with the CEOs email address or contact details or is there another platform I can take this to.
