Horrible Customer Support
Literally the most inexperienced, worst-spoken and most unhelpful people I can find. Cell C customer support is an absolute joke. The reviews on this company are already terrible and I fully understand why, great price but that’s only to real you in until you deal with the stupidly that is the person on the other side of your call. I have worked in a call centre and know what service is, Cell C doesn’t have a clue of what that means or probably how to even spell it.
