Horrible customer service

I had the worst experience with Cell c get more customer service. They have made me pay for a service that I nevee opted in for and its been just over a month and they have no update for me about my refund. I'm annoyed because manager I spoke to didn't even call me back when promised. I've been a loyal cell c user for more than 4 years and never had a problem until now. All I wanted was my refund. Horrible service
