Horrible Customer Service

I called in to request a sim swap as my sim card got damaged, I've had this number for over 10 years. It was a "Call home" sim card. None of their agents are able to assist me, they referred me to the shop itself whilst the shop is referring me to Customer Service I'm not getting any assistance, I've called 2 times and on my third call I'm being told I need to wait 30 days before I can call them again. I've answered each of their questions truthfully and correctly. I feel I’m not getting the assistance I need because I’m using a passport!!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer to Cell C for over 10 years yet this is the thank you I get.
