Horrible customer service by Cell C

Horrible service! Cannot contact them to resolve issues. Outstanding payment was made 5 days ago but not reconnected as yet. Cell C also debited my account after the payment was already made 2days earlier which resulted in a bank charges added to my account. I have called more than 5 times today alone, I was cut off, and the time I actually got through I was told customer services are down.
