Horrible customer service

17th of December I bought a phone from Cell C maponya mall , on the 24 of December I have returned the phone because of a faulty screen I was told I can’t get a refund or another handset, I was told to wait 21 days for the phone to be repaired, today is 26 days later and I don’t have a phone or haven’t heard a word from Cell C

I went to the store where I bought the phone today and a rude employee couldn’t give me answers about where the phone is , I asked for a refund but my request fell on deaf ears ...

I’m disgusted with Cell C’s customer care , I can’t believe that I have so much problems with a brand new phone
