Horrible customer service at Pinecrest Cell C
Horrible customer service, I informed CellC that I will be out of the country and now I’m back and want to use my number the Cell C service provider said he will not , all my accounts , banking apps are linked to the number Previously I wanna assisted with no problem Need assistance ASAP

12 Aug 2022, 15:44I always make sure I report to cell c before leaving the country , because I work abroad , and I always come back show them my boarding passes and ID , and answer questions of my previous calls and I get help
This time I went to cell c pine crest to ask for assistance and the guy did not even want to hear my explanation just told me he cannot assist , my banks are linked to this number , my socials are linked to link this phone number, policies , investments
And I am really mad about this
