Horrible customer service @ CELL C

Cell C customer service is extremely poor. If you had zero or negative rating I was going to give it that. I have requested call recordings since January and I have not received them. I need the recordings to proof to them that one of their agents Nqobile told me that my premium will not change upon expiry of my contract, this is after I called with the intention of cancelling the contract. They are now ignoring all my emails. Where else can I report them for bridge of agreement?
