Horrible customer service!

I regret why I didn't check hello Peter reviews on cell c before I ported to it. I got bad customer service 3 times ever since, it's not even a month since I've ported. I'm porting again to another network because cell c is fu of nonsense. On the 9th March I recieved a bonus 70mb free data after I bought 2 gigs that lasts 1 month. I was told I can only use it only when my 2G is finished. On Wednesday 17/03/2021 I bought 20 minutes any net minutes, 2 of my minutes got used up by a voicemail that didn't even last 5 seconds! Just now I called to inquire about wrong info I was given by a clueless agent this morning, about all in one net voice being a any network voice bundle, I used my supposedly "any network voice bundle" , the agent told me she can't refund me the airtime that got used on a different network call I made since I was given false information. I'm so angry, cell c is full of of nonsense! I don't care about the free bundles they give, it's pointless if I can't use them at all!
