Horrible Customer Service

To whom it may concern.

Myself and my Husband was visiting the Cell C shop in Paarl Mall about an faulty cellphone and this is where it all fell apart the service we received was a disgrace as i work with customers every single day and the first thing is to Respect your Customers

The way the staff spoke to us was embarrassing and disgusting now after more then a month we still haven't been help and as we walk past the Paarl Mall Cell C we see the staff mocking us in public.

I truly Hope That Someone Mature Enough Gets This Mail And Will Be Able To Help Us Properly. Because From Your Staff In Paarl Mall We Got Nothing But Stinky Attitudes
