Horrible customer service

Horrible customers service. I requested an upgrade on ***1 was told that the phone is out of stock. I waited to a month up of which it was supposed to be deliver within 2 weeks at most . I ended up cancelling the upgrade on the *** which was to be cancelled within 48 hours but im still waiting to date for the cancellation. Every time i contact them im told its been escalated to the upgrade reversal team leader and i will get an sms within 24 hours. There is no follow ups done once you hung the call.
