Horrible customer service

My fiance sent her phone to be fixed at Cell C store in Zevenwacht Mall a month ago, they said we must wait 21 days. its been 39 days already no communication at all. and when we went to the store all consultants we not interested to assist all they want is new sales. how do you get new sales if you have a terrible after sales service . no wonder they will always paying catch up from the market leaders
