Horrible customer service

Good day,<br> <br> I had been on the phone all day trying to get a copy of my Contract from Cell C, I was transfered from one department to another, still did not get any assistance. My call was transfered to a Team Leader who was not helpful at all instead of taking ownership she hung up on me. <br> <br> This is unacceptable and by far has been the worst service for the most simplest request i would believe. <br> <br> Regards<br> Dipuo Letsosa
