Horrible customer experience ever

Am very annoyed by the treatment that I received from one of the staff members at Cell C (Birch acres mall in Tembisa), my cousin and I went to the store to buy a phone, as we were buying a phone, I then decided to inquire about the Router packages, I asked one of the ladies if they have unlimited deals (I asked her in my home language which is Tsonga) and I am puzzled with how she responded and treated a potential customer. In her own words she rep**** "Do I look like Shangani to you? Why do you speak with me in a language I don't understand?" And she was fuming. Not only did she disrespected me but also she undermines Tsonga speaking people, she even had the guts to tell me that I can not do anything as Cell C management cannot do anything about the situation. Is this how Cell C treat their customers or potential customers? How am I supposed to know that a fellow black person who works in Tembisa doesn't understand my language, and there is nothing wrong with not understanding but couldn't she have said "can we please use a different language as I dont understand what you are saying?", the experience that I had made me hate everything about dealing with Cell C. As you can imagine, yes I lost my cool and told her where to get off. I thought of letting this pass, but such arrogance and disrespect needs to stop right now, we are spending our hard earned money, we deserve to be treated with respect.
