Horrible customer care services
Cell C has the worst customer care support system! I've called them 3 times for a simple query and non are competent enough to assist me, even with a simple query such as transferring me to their manager!pathetic!! Naledi and Kathego were just as bad! I also blame the cell C HR for hiring *********** people to represent them!extremely horrible service from this company! Triple red flags for Cell C

26 Dec 2022, 19:58Yes, so I need to register for the cell c app and it will not let me. I called 3 times for assistance and no one was competent to assist me. The issue is that. Non of them wanted to transfer me to the tech dept. The tech number they gave me does not exist. And non of them provided their managers for me speak to, very horrible service from Cell C! Very unbelievable actually. And no one has called me back.
