Horrible customer care and service

Cell C has been incorrectly reporting on my payments for the past couple of months and when I finally settled the remaining balance, I got the run around when requesting a paid up letter. The account was initially reported as closed but now has changed to written off and is appearing aa adverse information on my credit report. It wasn't enough that my payments were recorded as missed, yet I had been paying, but now the account is recorded as written off and I still don't have a paid up letter.

The worst part is that you're pushed from pillar to post when trying to get someone to assist you. Even the credit bureaus are asking me for a paid up letter that cell c is hogging for no reason. I've sent my payment history and proof of settlement and the request for the paid up letter.

This is so frustrating, to say the least. Never recommending this company to anyone!
