Horrible consultants !! And customer service

Bad experience ever! Cell c insurance consults are really bad.. Been on and off the phone with them for a whole week.. I am so disgusted with the service. First they dont inform you properly about how the process works then you still have these consultants that dont know what they are talking about. I had to tell the one consultant about how the process to claiming works.. Then i was on phone with another for 30mins just for her to tell me my account is in arrears which it is not.. 5mins later she is saying no it is not.. Wow!! Then im on hold for another 20mins cause she do not know where or what the V&A Waterfront is?? Like really

I am at boiling point now!!!

Finally came through and apparently sent all the paperwork i wasnt aware i needed to send and now ill have to wait 5-7 days i will wait and see if this comes through and on time as promised.. At my wits end
