HORRIBLE complaint handling

Hi My name is Mr Mdumiseni Johnny Cele. I have been complaining to cell c for almost a year now without resolution. last year i was billed twice and subsequently my phone was blocked for non payment. since then I go on a month to month bases struggling with my line being blocked ***) due to this. I have lodged a complaint it seems CELL C does not have a complaint policy. I have gone to the store and called with a promise that a manager will call. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE ANY PROVIDER can offer a customer of more than 2yrs. I am compelled to escalate this to the ombudsman because of lack of service, feedback, no SLA or even TCF policies for dissatisfied customers.
