Horrible *********** company

I spend the whole month of March trying to update my debit order details with no success. Today they sent me an e-mail claiming that my account is in arrears. I called their call Centre number 084 135 and spoke to one of the rudest call centre agents called Nokuthula. Their call centre is one of the worst call centres you will ever come across.

Yesterday at around 17:35 I was on a call with a Cell C agent. She accused me of non-payment and peddled a lot of lies just to put the blame on me. In one of her lies she told me that TransUnion doesn't allow network providers to transact in a new account like mine. A complete lie from her. She doubled down on this lie by claiming to have worked at other network providers like Vodacom. This account she claims TransUnion doesn't allow transactions on it i have used it at MTN. I also checked with Vodacom if TransUnion prohibits them from transacting in it and they told me i have been **** to there is nothing like that. She was rude, horrible, condescending and a ****. She called me to accuse me of non-payment because Cell C didn't debit on this account since she claims TransUnion prohibits network providers from transacting in it.

Not only did the agents of Cell C lie and insulted me this morning I woke up to notifications of *****ulent transactions on my account by Cell C. Mind you I paid Cell C I owe them nothing. They were supposed to debit my account at the end of the month of March but they didn't, so I had to do the manual payment. The reason for not debiting according to Cell agent is that TransUnion doesn't allow network providers to transact on relatively new accounts like mine. All of a sudden I wake up today to *****ulent transactions on my account by Cell C. Did TransUnion all of a sudden change their laws? Let's forget about the fact that this is a *****ulent transactionsl

I went to Nedbank yesterday to close my account as I suspected that Cell C my try to commit *****ulent activities on my account. I was told that i must try closing it today as some transactions still needed to clear. I was right about my suspicions when it comes to Cell C. This morning I woke up to exactly what I suspected, *****ulent transactions from Cell C. Now I am told that the account cannot be closed today as it is now at a negative and I now also owe the bank due to this *****ulent activities of Cell C

I am at this moment in the process of being ****med by Cell C. Cell C will insist that there must be a debit order in place so that they can get their hands on your account to do their dirty deeds. Now one of the ways in which the **** works is when you change your accounts. That activates the **** process. They will then skip a debit and claim that they couldn't debit on the account because TransUnion doesn't allow network providers to transact on fairly new accounts. They will send you e-mails and call you to tell you to pay manually. Once you make that payment the **** begins. They will immediately rush to your account after the payment and debit it so that they can ****** more money from. I am currently going through that **** process with Cell C

Once Cell C marks you for the ****s there is no escaping it. I changed my accounts a month ago and that triggered the process of me being ****med. They said to me "your account is too new for us to debit on it but please e-mail the details of it to this adress". That's how I fell for the trap. Now the next step is that since they now have your new banking details they will skip a debit and tell you that TransUnion doesn't allow any network provider to transact on new accounts. You will then innocently and unknowingly pay the money manually. Right there they have you were they want you. Next thing your account will be debited by Cell C ensuring that they are now getting as much money out of you as possible
