Horrible commhnication
Good morning My name is Venecia and i would like to write this review accorning to my account that has been taken over by my brother. Numerous time we have been to the store to put my name over aswell. Evertime its another story . Now they keep trying to debit my account and im not paying the account nomore . I did cancell it at the back but they keep trying to debit which put my account in a minus to top it off the charge me R70 a time. Can they not see that the phone are being paid but just not from me butbby my brother. Cell C is a terrible provider and im glad we decided to end contract after 17 years when contract end in 2 years .

19 Feb 2025, 10:33We went to the store many times.and they stil did not transfer my account over to his name . And for the debit order we did that aswell and they still did nothing . If one more time they gonna try im taking everything to my brothers lawyers to resolve this issue coz im am damn tired of fighting with incompetant people . Do you tbink money grows on our bacjs to drive out petrol everytime and then you charge money that do not belong to you at all. Dont debit my account and thats it . You sort it out im not gonna run up and down no more .

Please advise on the store you visited, the date of the visit and what the reason was for them not being able to do the transfer of ownership.
