HORRIBLE CLIENT TREATMENT- CELL C

1. From this week my sim card is going off with the error message “Invalid Sim” for hours at end; 2. I then yesterday called after one such episode and I was assisted by a gentleman called B******, who did all security and verification checks and thereafter advised that I go buy a sim card from any shop but I should not RICA it and then call back for sim swap; 3. I bought a sim card at Soshanguve Crossing Cell C. When I got home to call trying to do a sim swap. I was assisted by a gentleman called N******, who did all security and verification checks and thereafter he advised that he could not complete the sim swap process as the system is saying the sim card has manufacturer fault. He then advised that I return the sim card for another one and call back; 4. I then went to buy another second sim card and called again to do the sim swap. I was then assisted by Z**** who could not finish the sim swap process indicating I have failed the verification process and she advised that I go to a Cell C store to be unblocked; 5. This morning I went to the Soshanguve crossing store and the only lady on duty there told me they don’t do any unblocking. She indicated that the only thing they do is me completing forms again as if I am applying for a new contract and paying a fee of R150/R115 to do a sim swap; 6. I then called the sim swap department again and was assisted by a lady called M***. M*** did the security and verification checks which I passed, but she could not complete the process as I still have a system block which apparently can only be removed by the Cell C store who will be expecting a fee of R150/ R115.
