Horrible Cell C upgrade experience

Got a call from Cell C direct (Monday 08/03/2021), informing me I'm due for an upgrade on my contract. Was informed that there were stock of a cellphone I opted for. Got another call & signed up for a data sim also. Thursday 11/03/2021, I called to get an update of delivery... I was told they ran out of stock but they received more stock on the Tuesday (09/03/20121). Monday 15/03/2021, only the data sim got delivered. Call Center couldn't tell me where the device where. Each day since, I've called the upgrade dept and requested update on when I will receive the device, been struggling to get put thru to somebody that can assist. Then yesterday after being handed off too 9 different agents, I finally get to a Teamleader that took my particulars to find me a device. He calls me last night... stating he got a device for me booked for collection, almost 200km from my home that I need to go collect at my own cost. Then I get a sms notification of a debit to Cell C outside my normal debit order run, upon querying it I was told to wait for it to reflect on their account so they can tell me what its for...
