Horrible Cell C customer care service

The customer call centre never answer the call. I have been o-hold for over an hour without any consultant answering the call. I have sent a request over the app for Cell C and via email to customer care to contact me regarding my query in relation to request my phone to be repaired as the phone no longer charges. However, I have not received any response and no phone calls relating to the matter. It's unacceptable that I am made to wait more than an hour for a consultant.
