Horrible CELL C

Horrible cell c has responded,saying that i must pay R400.00 for services and benefits rendered to me.First of all,they refused to help me with the sim swop so i had no CELL C SIM CARD or number for 1 year and 9 months......so my question is ''what services and benefits'' are they refering to!!!.after paying this amount i'll then decide to reclaim my number or cancel the contract.why would i reclaim a number i last used 2 years ago and who uses cell c anyway ! Oh....god after 2 horrible years ,now i can reclaim my number...!The number i could not reclaim in 2 years.....wow Cell C,that's services and benefits you can offer to a paying client!and now i must pay for these services and benefits that i had no access to for 2 good years!!!
