Horrible CELL C

Stay away from Cell C or run if see a Cell C sign,I had a two year contract with them which ended six months ago.I called to cancel and told to send an email,which i did and i was told that i am a day late.i was then forced to take another contract with them ,which refused . after i had experienced two years of endless night mare,it all started when my sim card got damaged and requested for sim swop ,i was sent from pillar to post ,still sim swop never happened ,i then cancelled the airtime and data contract as had no sim card with them,then they would try to debit my account on the date we never agreed and which would then cost or incur extra charges on behalf .Worst of all ,when i atleast thought now two years of horrible,terrible experience is over....they expect me to pay R250.00 per month for nothing.i do not have a phone or airtime nor data contract with .ohhh God somebody please tell why CELL C expect me to pay for!
