Horrible, arrogant , unhelpful service!!
I have been a customer of Cell C since their inception, their customer service is not really the best but since i took out a new additional contract last week, it has been unbearable. THEY CANNOT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS OR EXECUTE BASIC FUNCTIONS!! and ohhh their agents are *****! They don't want to give me the contract I want and yet I cannot cancel because their cancellation line is constantly busy/engaged, with the service like theirs it is no wonder their cancellation line is always busy.
