Horrible and dishonest service

I called in to cancel my contract with Cell C but was offered a cheaper option which was also month to month. Instead of this happening the agent renewed the contract without my consent. Between yesterday and today I have called Cell C 4 to try and resolve this. 1 agent dropped the phone on me the second agent Boitumelo, told me call sales the third agent said I must call back when I have the correct information about myself and the last agent seemed to be helping until she said she has escalated my query and when I call back for an update I should call through to Upgrades.

This is disgusting. You have caused me financial detriment and a huge inconvenience. Nevermind the horrible pillar to post service.
