HORRIBLE!!!!
<p>I have insurance with cell c, i was ****** on the 25th, opend a case and sent my claim forms on the 26th. till today no call. i have tried calling them from that day on till today. I hold for so long, over 30min for them to release my calls again after they pick up. Then start again. I even tried social media, no luck. when i go to a cell c store they say i dont have insurance, i have been asked to resend my claim forms time and time again. but no one calls to even update me. CELL C is giving me the run arounds but i have never missed a payment.. </p>
