Horribe service from Cel C

I received an sms from Cell C informing me that my contract was almost approved and I didn't apply for any phone contract. I called Cell C to follow up on the matter and get assistance. I received a horrible service, I was transferred from department to department . Finally I got to a department that was supposed to help me and I was told Nontuthuzelo Bomela will call me but she did not call me and I still I haven't received any assistance from Cell C!!!!
