My two contract came to an end on 24 August 2017, notice was given on 21 July 2017 to cancel the contract. I was informed that the contract was CANCELLED!!!! I was offered a NEW DEAL that I CAN CANCEL AT ANYTIME, 2 gig data for R99. I decided that due to financial obligations that i want to cancel the last mentioned deal. On 22 August 2017 i did cancel, got confirmation but was informed that my notice period is one month and that i will receive the 2 gig and R99 will be deducted for the month of September. To my surprise i received the same amount of data as per my contract that WAS CANCELLED on 21 July 2017, and i was informed that it was not a new deal that the new 2 gig data deal was linked to the 2 year contract and because i cancelled the 2 gig deal before my 2 year deal ran out on 24 August, my ol deal is still alive and there will be another deduction in September.

So i guess with cellc cancel does not mean cancel and than they want to hand a person over to attorneys. This is ***** and enrichment.
