********** service from Cell C accounts and head office

Absolute nightmare for the past year. Refund not sorted. My contract is over, instead of prepaid my services are cut off completely. It's an ongoing battle. Buccleau head office still has not reviewed. How can my services be cut off when Cell C owes me money.
