********** Service from Cell C

I've been with Cell C for the last 11 years. I'm due for an upgrade and decided to use the call center to upgrade in stead of going in to a store. I called on the 18th of September 2020. The deal I wanted was advertised on the website Huawei P40 Lite + Watch on the TopUp 200. Consultant informed me that the deal is advertised incorrectly and that they will give me the deal at a higher price. I agreed on the higher price monthly - upgraded online. Was told it would be delivered within the next 3-11 working days. Up until now I have not received any feedback. I have called the call centre to follow up numerous times. I get transferred from one department to the next. I doesn't show that I called or upgraded on the system. Surely the calls are recorded? No one has called me back after completing a contact for on the website. I have called now once again, been holding for 25min already. . That this is the way you treat long term customers. The deal has also since been removed from the Cell website. If I don't get feedback I'm planning on moving my contract and my husbands and our business contracts to a new service provider.

Reviewer Update
I appreciate Cell C's call yesterday. But the fact is that I agreed to the deal for the Huawei P40 Lite + Watch @ R475.00 a month. As per the recorded phone call. That they now somehow found on the system. I feel that I've been a loyal customer for so many years. The fault is with Cell C and the Marketing team that placed an incorrect adverti*****t on their website. Also the call center agent who assisted me. I don't want to take a similar deal for R500 + a month as this is not what I agreed to. A month's free subscription is not going to cut it for me. I'd rather then not upgrade and switch to a new network provider.
