Writing this review on behalf of my spouse Tumelo Adons of ID number: *** 085 who was miraculously debited for 3 consecutive months even after several disputes from his bank account by Cell C despite of not having a contract with the mentioned company. It was an annoying experience to an extent that my husband went to Cell C at Mall @ Carnival where he was informed that he allegedly took out a cellphone contract with them, he notified them that he knew nothing of that sort and took necessary steps ad advised by the consultant who assisted her, he provided them with an affidavit too and after a few days when doing a follow with the lady who assisted she confirmed that the case was resolved as ***** and case closed and this reference number was issued: JW***.. It is now upsetting that he now receives notifying him that his case will be handed over to the credit bureau, that to us is just an upsetting statement especially knowing very well that we have had no relationship with the company at all. Escalating this matter here in hope that we will be taken seriously because they are unreachable on their contact numbers.. This ********** deed is not acceptable.
