********** Service And I’ve Had it with Cell c

I’ve been calling Cell c from 30/06/2018 requesting a refund request. I’ve been Receiving appalling and ********** service. This would be the second time i an escalating this matter. The manager from Rentions is absurd. She has no manners or whatsoever now I understand why the agents have attitude. I paid off cell c and I still haven’t received my refund. Mpho from whichever department has been calling me. I’m even thinking of going to the Ombudsman because I can’t be calling from Saturday till today for my own money because I paid them I don’t owe them they owe me.
