Cell C customer service is pathetic. Just called in to do a migration only to be told that my security answers are incorrect. These are the answers as I know them as the account holder. I have been having countless problems with cell c, especially in the past 6 months and as a result I am seriously considering moving to another provider. I am also still struggling with having an account updated that was paid up closed on 2016 with no arrears but shows on ITC that I am in arrears.......PATHETIC.
