********** C-Fibre service

I am not home and my internet is down. Cell C blatantly refuse to send someone out to take a look, just because I cannot do my own checks. What if it was my 90 year old mother and she cannot do those checks? You then absolutely refuse to provide service to your customers? This is ****ty service at it's best.
