Hopeless service

I have been battling with Cell C for just over a month regarding mobile network issues whereby nobody can help and the technical department is no use as one cant get through to them . I have spoken to how many people at Cell C and I'm not getting anywhere with all the people I spoke to as they are all hopeless in assisting with the issue . To top off everything there was people who were to get back to me trying to help me understand and try to help resolve the issue but that person is stupidly hopeless. 1st thing monday morning I will have an article published in all of the newspapers in Cape Town so more people can come forth and expose Cell C for the **** service they give render to loyal paying customers .
