You are the worst. How can you cancel the insurance on my phone and not the contract? I have been paying two months extra after my 24 month contract ended. You are *****s. I never gave permission to deduct money out of my account after the 24 month period of the contract, and when I canceled it, your consultant said that I'm now going to pay another month in January.
