Hopeless

<p>I have been struggling for a year now with Cell C to update my account with the credit bureaus. Thought they had sorted it out as they have told me so last year already. Pulled a credit report yesterday and it is still on my name, where they have already given me a paid up letter in March 2016 already and assured me it was removed from my name. This is really pathetic, what is so hard to do? They are messing up my credit rating. I wonder if there is any way to sue them because they are making me look bad and make me lose out on opportunities. Really don't know what to do, have sent my paid-up letters to Transunion last year also and still having the same problem. </p>
