hope we had negative rating here!
I have purchased a cellphone via www.cellc.co.za and made payments, after the paymnent the system thorowed an error and therefore did not give me an order numbe and purchase order... when i contacted cell c they have been giving me the runaround since the 10th of January. Can i get my money back atleast if you cannot give the cellphone i bought?
