Honesty nothing positive

Good day, this is my second Hello Peter complaint. ***. Obviously this company does not care. Debiting peoples accounts and making them suffer unnecessarily is not of their concern. How long must a person wait for their refund. It was ur mistake and then you take long to refund me. I am so upset. I cannot wait to move to a new provider. I cannot say anything positive at this stage. Its gone beyond repair. This kind of thing should not have happened to those who are honest and paying. Sis on u guys just absolutely terrible.
