Home Loan Application Declined Due Not Removing Information Correctly From Credit Profile

Dear Cell C.

In November of 2021, I had settled an outstanding account via your lawyers (Norman Bisset & Associates). Despite me having a letter from your lawyers(Norman Bisset & Associates) In February of 2022 I had then app**** for a home loan. The loan was declined as I was informed that Cell C had not removed this particular negative credit reflection and amount due from the .

I then contacted Cell C on their Facebook to find out which email i could speak to and have them remove this from the Credit Bureau. I was given the following email to contact *** as well as my ID number. I then send a mail however never received a reply, I then used the Facebook portal once again to find out what was happening. I was later informed that via the portal that the manual amendments was successfully submitted and given the relevant reference number. I then asked directly for confirmation that it was removed and was rep**** to "Yes"

I am now once again trying to reapply for the a home loan and once again i am told that it states that I am still owing Cell C despite my having a letter stating very clearly that the account has been paid in full from your attorney.

this is very distressing an not fair on me when i had approached you to settle the bill, did so, and now on my second attempt at a home loan still this comes back after resolving it and following what was required of me.

Please I have been given some time that the banks have given me with the proof i have provide to apply shortly once again but i need you to do your part and removed anything on any credit bureau which is stopping me from purchasing me a home to live in.

I have all the aforementioned proofs letters and communications I had with Cell C. please removed this its affecting my life now.
