home connecter

I topped up airtime on my phone than bought home connecter data and 2days later i see i have no data, called cell c to findout where did my data go than they raised a call for me week later no feed back from them i called again the lady is telling me the case was closed because they had a problem with home connecter so what happened is they took all the data and loaded the airtime back so when i was using my data iwasnt really using data i was using my airtime as data, so my question is so why cell c didnt notify us as customers that we as cell had a problem so here is your airtime back please buy your data again they logged a second case for me until today no feed back nothing from cell c.
